Business Development Account Executive - West Coast

Location: 570 North Gilbert St. Fullerton, CA 92833 - (Must be available for training in Cincinnati, OH)

TSC has identified a large pool of existing accounts that have potential to significantly grow as their industry spend is high but sales with TSC is low.
This positions will suit a high performing, results driven individual that is motivated to significantly increase their income.
The successful candidate will thrive in a high risk/hogh reward environment and be a natural winner. Possessing a relentless attitude to identify and close sales opportunities is a must.
The BD Account Executive will enjoy talking to new people, discovering their needs and presenting solutions to their problems. A persistent, fearless personality is required to establish trust and productive business relationships with key decision makers. This will be essential to achieve sales goals.
There is some flexibility with start and end time, but typical shift pattern will be 8:30AM - 5:30PM PST.


• Manage and grow sales with an account base of 250-300 high industry spend/low TSC spend accounts to consistently achieve sales goals
• Develop and execute an individualized behavior cook book. This will inivolved goals for dials, quality conversations, and time spent on the phone, as well as email touches. Outbound calls will be a large part of the requirement. If you are not committed to dialing out to your customers as part of the effort to grow your business with them, please do not apply.
• Create and execute pricing, freight, and other programs with individual customers in order to grow their business with TSC
• Utilize CRM activity queue to drive daily behavior
• Participate in sales training and one on one coaching in an effort to improve selling skills
• Be a team player and work effectively with colleagues in all departments, and in particular your Outside Sales Rep and Sales Support Representative to postively impact your territory and company performance.

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Experience: BD Consultant, Inside Sales Account Executive or comparable experience with a track record of consistently exceedin sales goals in recent positions. tomer service role
