Mill Direct FAQs

How do I ship goods directly from the mill?
You would select the “Mill Direct – NO COD’s” warehouse from the list of available warehouses. Once you select the appropriate warehouse you would fill in your quantities as you would with any normal item.

How would I pay for a mill direct order?
You can pay for a mill direct order with a credit card or your net term account. Unfortunately at this time you cannot pay for a mill direct order with a COD.

When can I expect my order?
Since the order will ship directly from the mill warehouse/factory the time and transit may vary. Please see the mill guidelines section for specific mill locations.

Is the inventory accurate? Some items are coming up as quanitity "999"  or "500" and others have a number?
The maximum amount of inventory able to be shown for mill direct items is quantity 999. Currently TSC Apparel is not able to show real time inventory from all of its mills. Quantities listed from our other mill partners may not necessarily reflect available stock at the mill warehouse. If you need specific inventory information please contact us directly at 1-800-289-5400 so we can service all of your sourcing needs.

How/Where will my order ship?
Your mill direct order will ship directly to your location. At this time mill direct orders are not able to be picked up at your regular TSC Apparel warehouse. To ensure prompt shipment of your order please use only the following options:

UPS Ground (UGRND)
UPS Orange 3-Day Air (UORAN)
UPS Blue 2-Day Air (UBLUE)
UPS Next Day (U1DAY)
UPS Next Day Priority (URED)
FedEx Ground (XGRD)
FedEx 2nd Day (X2DAY)
FedEx Next Day (XSTDO)
FedEx Next Day Priority (XPRTY)
TRUCK – Truck or LTL shipments (orders over 10 boxes)

* Please keep in mind that processing times vary between each mill.

Why am I being charged a separate fee to place an order from the mill?
Some mills do place restrictions and fees on orders that are placed directly from their warehouse. Please see the mill guidelines for more details.

Can I order from more than one mill at a time?
Yes, each mill order will separate upon submission and an individual order will be created. Shipping will be charged when applicable based on the mill location.
