How do I log in?
You may log in from any page on this site. You must be logged in order to view pricing, inventory, and to place an order.

How do I search for a product?
You can use the product seach to browse the catalog. You can search by product type, name, product number, or mill.

Can I order mill direct on your website?
Yes. TSC Apparel has partnered with over 40 mills to give you the broadest selection of apparel possible. Please select the dropship warehouse of your choice. The item quantity may show “999”, "500" or an estimated number as mill direct inventory may vary. If you have any questions about mill direct availability please contact our National Sales Department at 1-800-289-5400.

How do I see pricing and availability of items?
You must be a TSC customer and be logged in to check stock and pricing. If you wish to become a customer of TSC Apparel please contact our National Sales Department at 1-800-289-5400 and ask for our "New customer set-up department."

I click submit but my order will not go through.
Please make sure you have filled out all the required fields to place your order. You will need a method of payment and choose a method to deliver or pickup your order for it to be processed. You may also have to enter a PO number to process your order. A PO number is a point of reference for your orders and can be designated in any manner that you choose. Once your order has been successfully submitted, you will receive an order confirmation on screen as well as via email.  "Please only hit submit once or your order may duplicate."

I forgot my username/password. What do I do?
If you have forgotten your username/password, please click on the “Forgot your password” link on the login screen and your username/password will be emailed to you shortly.

I am trying to order an item but it is not available in the warehouse closest to me. What do I do?
You can see inventory in all of our TSC warehouses by clicking on the color swatch of the item you are viewing.

I am trying to review my billing information under “My Accounts” but I am not seeing any information.
You have to be logged in as a registered userto view payment and account information online. Account information is only displayed in 30-day segments, so you may need to change the dates to see prior invoices.
